Enclosure needed: minimum 36 × 18 × 18 in, with belly heat around 90F in the warm hide, low-level UVB, a cool side in the mid 70sF, and a humid hide. The humid hide is not optional - it is what prevents the bad sheds that are the most common health problem in this species.
